Sooji Puchka Recipe । पानी पूरी । Pani Puri

Ingredients

1 cup of Sooji

3 to 4 pinch of Baking Soda

salt

190ml of  all purpose flour

1/4 cup of water

1 Tps oil

Method

In a bowl mix sooji, salt and Baking Soda well and then add oil to it and once again mix it properly. Now add all Purpose flour to the mixture and mix it well, after that add 3 Tbsp of water at first and keep kneading. now add the water as you require to knead it. Make sure there are no lumps formed. cover the dough with the damp cloth for 40 minutes once you have kneaded it. Also make sure that the dough forms a gluten like strands when you spread the dough.Below is the Picture for your reference.
