Kale Chana Salad


2 cup Kale Chana soaked overnight

3-4 pc Dry Red Chilli

1/2 Tsp Mustard

As per taste Salt

1 Tbsp Oil

Pinch of Asafoetida

4-5 Curry leaves

1/2 cup Grated Coconut



Pressure cook the kale Chana with water and salt until tender. In a pan, heat the oil then add mustard seeds followed by asafoetida, gram dal, curry leaves and dry red chilli roast them  until golden brown in color. Now finally add kale chana, turmeric powder, grated coconut & salt and then mix well.
