Stuffed PAPRIKA

INGREDIENTS

16 washed, cut & Deseeded from the top Paprika

250 gram Feta cheese crumbled

250 gram Cream cheese room temperature

Oregano

pepper

Garlic Powder

Chili Flakes

Herbs

Salt

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except the paprika. Taste and adjust the spices as per taste. Now take a small spoon and fill the filling in each Paprika. Grease the muffin tray and place each paprika standing and then place it in the pre-heated oven at 170 degree for about 10 to 15 mins. Now Serve it hot with salsa sauce, chili sauce or any other sauce you like.

NOTE:  This can also be micro-waved/ kept in refrigerator and also served.
