Rajma soup | Kidney bean soup

So happy to publish this post as it’s the first post of the New year. A very Happy New Year to all 🙂 This recipe is very healthy because all the  ingredients in it is rich in fiber,protein, iron and many more like this. The main ingredient of this recipe is Kidney beans,carrots, Capsicum, Onion. You can also add any other vegetable you like. Vegetables can never be enough for us. More the merrier.


1/2 cup boiled Kidney beans or canned Kidney Beans ( Rajma )

1/4 tsp oil

1/2 tsp pepper powder

1/4 tsp seasoning

1/4 tsp soya sauce

1/2 tsp vinegar


1/4 cup bell pepper

1/4 cup carrot

1/4 cup tomato

Onion ( optional)


Rajma Soup

Heat oil in a pan. Add pepper followed by all the veggies. Then goes the soya sauce, vinegar, seasoning and salt . Stir it for a minute then add the boiled beans ( do not throw the boiled water, you can add that water along with the veggies in the soup instead of normal water or mixture of both). Now add water accordingly. I added 2 cups of water. Let it boil for 10 minutes. Serve soup hot with breads/ Baguette.
