Idly pakoda

Feeling bored of having idli and dosa then you must try this pakoda recipe. My family just loves it. I prepare, when its raining it simply awesome with cup of coffee. You can also prepare with your leftover idli | dosa batter. Will post the batter recipe soon, its full proof idli|dosa batter recipe. I will be explaining how to grind both in mixie and in grinder because the quantity varies in terms of ingredients.


1 cup idli batter

2 green chilli chopped

3-4 curry leaf chopped

1/4 cup onion chopped

Oil for frying

If required add salt ( idly batter already have salt in it)


Mix all the above ingredients. Add oil in a frying pan. When oil is hot, add the mixture with the help of spoon in the oil. Fry it till its in golden colour. Let the flame be on medium. Check it with fork if it is cooked or not (if you are in doubt). Serve it with tomato chutney,  ketchup or coconut chutney.
